do you accept exchanges?

Yes! If something doesn’t fit quite right or you’d prefer another color, we’re happy to help with an exchange.

Items must be in their original, unused condition and returned in their original packaging (except clothing, which doesn’t require original packaging).

Email us with the subject line:
“Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
Include your order number, reason for exchange (e.g., wrong size, different color), and what you’d like instead.

You’ll be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable service. All exchange-related shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once we receive your item in good condition, we’ll send out your replacement. It should arrive within 14 business days.

do you offer refunds?

At this time, we do not offer refunds due to the size of our operations. However, we’re happy to provide exchanges so you feel confident shopping with us.
