Our Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes a different size or color might suit you better, and we’re here to help make that swap as smooth as possible.
Eligibility
Items must be in their original, unused condition and returned in original packaging (except for clothing, which doesn’t need to be in original packaging).
How to Request an Exchange
Just send us an email with the subject:
“Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
In your message, please include:
-Your order number
-The reason you’d like an exchange (e.g., too small, different color, etc.)
What Happens Next
Our team will review your request and confirm if it meets the exchange criteria. Once approved, we’ll send you the next steps so we can get the new item to you.
Shipping Info
-You’ll be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure it gets to us safely. Any shipping fees for the exchange will be your responsibility.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong or defective item)
-We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
-Good Road Collections is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
The Exchange Process
-Once we receive your item in good condition, we’ll send out your replacement. You can expect it to arrive within 14 business days.
